boots haul!

heres what i got at boots!

17 pressed powder in "something" beige, also a 17 shine on lipstick in heather pink. when you spend £6 or more on 17 you get a free mini palette!

I bought a collection 2000 glitter liner in gold! i really love using it everyday for a little sparkle!

another thing from collection 2000 is a hotlights lipgloss in dazzle 2 but it leaks :S also i saw that gosh do a similar lipgloss with a light and much better pigmentation but for twice the price..

and finally my fav new item hot pink lipstick from models own!

gone blonde!!

it has been a few weeks since ive gone blonde, but heres some pics and some info about it!


here are some hair shots, i had a full head of hightlights so most of my hair was dyed but theres about a handfull of natural hair.

it took about an hour and a half to dye.

i love it! i am really concerned that its going to go back to brown, so i am constanly checking and asking my mum is it still blonde..lol! it is a mixture of white and golden blonde.

 what its done to my hair:
its made it a little coarse and not so soft
it gets really knotted when washing!

I am using john freida shampoo and conditioner thats made for dyed blonde hair. It does make my hair brighter but the shampoo does not lather at all and it makes my hair even more knotty, the conditioner doesn't feel like its in my hair, like other conditioner it makes your hair feel creamy, it makes my hair feel soft when its dry but nothing special. When i've used them up im going to buy redken blonde shampoo and conditoner because i tried the volume shampoo and colour conditioner and it has made my hair super soft and soo shiny, its amazing!

asos haul!

ordered a few things from asos that i want to share with you guys!

This black dress with a criss cross and little bit of an open back! it was in the sale for only £18!

Some tweerman tweezers! they grab every little hair! but i got a bit tweezer happy and i have really short eyebrows now :(

and finally an owl (and lion but lost it already!) ring!

nail polish tip!

a quick tip:

if you have just painted your nails and dented them/smudged them, lick your finger and gently rub it over the nail and it smooths them back to normal!

Schwarzkopf gliss shampoo

As you've seen in my favs i love this shampoo!

 

It says that it "repairs inside the hair cell", "The gliss formula with elements of liquid silk and a gloss ehancer gives suppleness and breathtaking shine"

 I was getting fed up with my hair, it was dull, knotty and getting in my way but after a couple of uses it has completely changed my hair its made my hair super super soft everytime i used it, its also increase the shine! I also feel that it has strengthened and made my hair healthier.


This is what it looks like out of the bottle, a shimmery pink.  I only shampoo once then condition bescause it makes my hair so soft with just one use.


I haven't been able to find the conditioner or the shine spray yet but when i do i will definatly be buying them.

I got the shampoo from poundland so its really good value.

How cute are these!

Silly Bandz!

I saw these on new or look magazines website ( i think) and fell in love with them!

They can be used as bracelets, elastic bands, hold things together etc, but they go back to their shape.

My fav is the princess ones, beach ones, western ones pretty much all of them. also they put 24 in a pack and all the websites like amazon sell them for under £4.

i cant wait to get my hands on these!

Going blonde!

I'm taking the hair colour plunge by going blond!

I'm naturally a brunette and I'm a bit bored of it so next Tuesday is the day!

I've heard many stories of box dye going wrong and my mum is one of those! it went orange at the top and yellow at the bottom and she walked around tescos to get a brown dye (how embarrassing!)

I tried semi - perm dye but it did nothing but turn it brown with an orange ting.

the hairdresser said a full head of highlights will give a more natural look,


hopefully next Tuesday there will be a "i love my hair!" post

July Favourites!

My first fav is Clinique high defenition mascara.      

                                                                                         
One side separates, coats every lash and fans them out. The other side is a comb and makes them thicker and more noticeable for perfect full long lashes!





 Next is an elf eyeshadow, its just a white with a little shimmer, its perfect for highlighting!
I use it under my brow, inner corner of my eyes and my cheeks! all for £1.50!

I love the colour of this MUA lipstick (I think its shade 3) its a hot pink, but it is very thin and takes loads to get colour but for £1 i dont mind.

The next is schwarzkopf gliss shampoo, its is my absolute favourite shampoo ever! it has made my hair super soft, shiny and it feels like ive been the the hairdressers its so soft. Its only £1 and i got it from poundland! (superdrug are doing a 3 for 2 atm) I love this shampoo, theres going to be another post on how good it is coming up!

  

My fav perfume of this month is thierry muglar's angel (even tho i dont own it yet :( ) It smells of spicy chocolate but even better! Also debenhams are doing refills on this perfume (very eco friendly)

I cannot wait to get this!








My final favourite is from good old primarni!  This gorgeous dress was only £8! i love it! it has birds all over it and is just above the knee, i cannot wait to wear it with leggings or black wooly tights in the winter!
